Fun and unique employee initiatives. Interesting office space in London where everyone is encouraged to be themselves. Great benefits and extremely parent friendly.
Cons
Toxic management styles and office politics which are not addressed. Draconian measures of insisting colleagues return to the office 3 days per week. Used to feel different 6/7 years ago - could be a London problem.
