Pros
Leader shares transparently, 1:1 is a good mix of career aspirations (though opportunities are not many) and work updates. Company is high on feedback. Appreciate the (polite/genuine) feedback channeled through manager (from others). It helps me to turn the feedback into actionable plans. Work scope evolves per business requirements which I appreciate the changes which otherwise may be mundane if no changes. Salary is decent and mental well being is taken seriously. Time is up to us to manage as long as work is completed
