Too woke. Encourage people to be honest and share their views and opinions, but usually they are not accepted even if shared respectfully. basically too woke.

Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work
High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work
Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
