A lot of work for supervisor, team can be hard to manage due to young age of employees. Hard to develop in business as upper management doesn't change frequently and all supervisors are fighting for a promotion.

Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work
High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work
Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
