- Chaotic everything: They think it is agile just by having ceremonies, but we are not agile we are chaotic
- Poor quality standards: No explanation needed
- London Boys Club: It was raised before about MCT. This is not the standard of leadership. Nobody must speak their truth here

Cons
Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work
High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work
Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
