      - Working for a company and with people that are passionate about "inspiring the builders of tomorrow" - Great trust of Peopple Leaders in my abilities and freedom to work self-responsibly - Employee Health and Well-Being as well as Diversity & Inclusion are high on the list of priorities of the Executive Leadership Team - Great Benefits (parental/ care giver leave, EAP, employee discount :),...) - Working in an international and diverse environment with colleagues all over the world

      It is a huge company, so figuring out how things work, who to ask for what and implementing things can take some time and energy

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Cons

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
