      If you are a full time employee, the medical benefits are outstanding. The disount on merchandise is generous provided you have a reason/desire to use it.

      Cons

      Career advancement is almost non-exsistant unless you have someone in your corner. No matter how capable you are you may never get the chance that you've worked for.

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
