Pros

Flat hierarchy actually is a flat hierarchy here, and you can genuinely be yourself. It's a very open culture and as long as you do what you were hired for, no one here will try to micromanage you. The atmosphere all round is a very positive one with the focus on diversity inclusiveness and unity. the job itself isn't very hard or challenging but it almost feels like a secondary thing because of how amazing the atmosphere at the office is with all these amazing people around.

Cons

You get detractors for things you can not control and this hasn't changed or probably won't because it's part of how they measure success.

Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

Cons

Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

Pros

Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

Cons

Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
