      Pros

      Employees have a high ethical standard. There is a strong sense of community and an intense loyalty for the LEGO brand and the mission of the company.

      Cons

      Danish cultural norms pervade the global corporate culture. There are pros to this but it can hinder the ability for localization efforts (of the product and corporate culture) and can be frustrating at times for non-Danish residents.

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Cons

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
