      Amazing product and brand. The company is legitimately commited to its mission of 'inspiring and developing the children of tomorrow'.

      As is the same with many larger organisations, LEGO employees have had to deal with a lot of uncertainty in the last few years due to corporate restructuring.

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
