They provide every tool that is required for you to be successful in your work, especially if you are motivated. The constant coaching and constructive criticisms are geared towards making you the best customer service and brand representative possible. This training exceeds any other customer service job you will ever have and prepares you to be successful in any such environment. The team is very supportive and having the managers wanting to see you succeed so much that they back your goals 100% makes for the perfect work environment.

Know that working at a LEGO Brand Retail store you are more a part of the marketing team than anything else and their policies are really more like guidelines.
