Pros

They were an excellent company to work with! They allowed me to take the creative reigns on the content I produced for them rather than micromanaging.

Cons

I found communication between the influencers and the management team a bit difficult. I had to reach out quite a few times in a row in order to discuss our deal. Other than that it was a great company!

Pros

I was an intern and the only good thing about working with this company was working with the warehouse workers who are great to work with. Also, being an intern, you can come in and leave whenever you want although they prefer a set time. Also, you can get free makeup. So not worth it though when you read below...

Cons

Internships are supposed to provide meaningful work. The worst thing was that they would dump ALL the online orders on the interns. Sometimes, that would be your whole day... fulfilling makeup orders and shipping them off. After awhile, it gets tiring and irritating especially when you finish fulfilling orders and someone comes to you saying there are more orders for you to do. They also pretty much left me with the warehouse workers.. for them to tell me what to do. So that is when I helped fold boxes for their products and got to know their warehouse workers. Actually, I barely worked with the office staff throughout my 3 months.. just the warehouse workers.. fulfilling orders and folding boxes. At times, they would make the interns feel left out. They would have lunches together, parties, etc. and no one even offered us anything. We just kept folding boxes and fulfilling orders. We actually couldn't WAIT for the internship to end. So pointless and useless.. Please note that my internship was also UNPAID. However, I'm sure they pay now but I still say whatever amount they pay you is not worth it. I've also never met the CEO at least formally. She just ignored my existence.
