If you need a job with specific language skills, you may find it there. Generally it is a small company where you can earn some money there for short-term.
Cons
- unorganized management structure - low paid and no bonus - full-time employees are just 3, the rest are part-time workers - no opportunity and no rewards even you work hard and contribute a lot for the company growth - once you're used up, you're fired!
