Pros
- The IT Support is good - Projects with very nice clients.
Cons
- Extremely high turnover of staff, mostly resignations. - Poor Morale amongst entry and middle level staff. - Contracts are short term, and offer little to no security. - Inept and manipulative top management, smiling assassins, who are all old friends and as such are untouchable in terms of how they treat staff. - Extreme double standards. - Very poor health and safety standards, as recognised throughout the industry. - Priority of company profit before anything else, including well being of staff. - They dont pay people internally or externally - see Alastors / Complete Utilities. - A naive way of going about business in the 21st Century, it still operates in the same way it did as Carillion, but with no lessons being learnt, a repeat of an inevitable failure is on the horizon again. - I wouldn't recommend to my friends or even enemies to work there. - A top down willingness by Snr Management to lie and throw employees under the bus to save ones own skin.
