      Pros

      It's a business in full growth mode, allowing anyone (regardless of level) to have a hand in shaping the future trajectory. My co-workers are fun to be around, and about 15-20% are new-grads or co-ops in their last year - it makes the vibe quite fun

      Cons

      This place isn't for you if you like everything to be fully structured and spelled out for you - dealing with ambiquity and being a self-starter is quite essential

      - Supportive and knowledgeable senior management - Trusted to do high level tasks and projects independently - No micro-management - Welcoming office environment filled with approachable staff - Perks like paid for parking in a multistory lot, team lunches and office snacks - 10/10 mentorship from management, left my work term a much more capable and confident person

      - The drive into the office can be a hassle due to traffic
