Technically very good and very customer friendly Still a start-up mentality with many good approaches (and correspondingly much disorganization) Some great colleagues there

Hardly any standardization or reuse of resources (work material), so the wheel is often reinvented onBoarding leaves a lot to be desired (e.g. so-called mentor only existed on paper) High staff turnover hire-and-fire mentality
