More managers than individual contributors Executives just seem to point fingers and argue rather than plan and execute PTO must be approved by the CEO The most toxic work culture I have ever witnessed. CEO does not speak to the employees with any regular cadence. Company direction changes frequently and incompletely. Executives and board members just seem to be taking personal kickbacks at every opportunity by outsourcing company talent, office space, or purchased products to their own personal companies. Taking PTO is seen as punishing your coworkers and is discouraged.
