While my internship with sync. was remote due to the global pandemic, the inclusiveness I felt with the rest of the sync.squad was irreplaceable. I was included in weekly meetings, company-wide meetings, and was given the chance to interact with all sync. employees. The sync.squad is exceptionally welcoming and personable. Throughout my internship, I was given constructive feedback and also received compliments on my work. The valuable lessons and experiences I have gained from sync. are things I will continue to use throughout my future career.
