High staff turnover over a 4-5 year period 25 staff at least left to be replaced Management wont listen to advise from staff You get talked at MD is never really in the office Always when you agree something with MD get this in writing

A really good culture - everyone friendly and co-operative. Great premises with good parking, pub opposite and good transport links. Approachable management who are realistic and understanding. Genuinely an enjoyable place to work with good people who all want to succeed.

Workload can be heavy at times, but that's true of anywhere.
