Pros
Smaller company, family feeling, most people there are very helpful and friendly, great benefits - 50+ days off, reposibility is put on employees. The best employer I've worked for so far.
Cons
Not many cons, really.
I guess, the freedom is not for everyone. You have to manage your own time and deliver, than nobody cares when or where you work.
Compensation could be better, but it's not bad, more like average and the management continuously checks the trends and inflation and tries to level it up so there is not much need to ask for a rise.
