Benefits are ok. Some of the existing staff seems to care about employees from new acquisitions.
Cons
Chicago is the HQ. They have already cemented themselves into any positions of importance and spread the workload amongst the existings offices. Don't get caught thinking there will be a place for you if you work hard and integrate, just like they ask. Instead, artificial smooth talkers will take any meaningful positions, while those who know what they are doing have either left already or will be laid off in the next round of cuts. And yes, there will be cuts. That is the business model they have chosen, just keep replacing people who aren't in Chicago. Buy up a new company for their clients and cut the staff. Today, half of the Orange County office was let go. Don't expect any kind of reasonable severance either. You will need a new job lined up immediately.
My advice: If you are the next company purchased by Sandbox Agency..get out. Get Out Now!
