Pros
Small team, highly committed to company and founder. Exptremely fast pace of product development, lots lots of opportunitites to learn and improve. Good compensation and fast growth specially in my last 6 months. I had to move due to family pressures (commute time and work-life balance). But when I look back I really miss working at rupeepower - it was great for my career.
Cons
Not very good for work-life balance. there is something urgent (fire!) or interesting all the time, so you end up working most of the time because of pressure or self-motivation. This is ok before marriage but became problem after getting married.
