Okay place to work - Inside Sales Representative rose plastic Employee Review

Everyone was very friendly. I got to perform a few of the day to day postings for accounts payable and accounts receivable and learned some basics of SAP.

There was not always a lot to do, but my supervisor always tried to find small projects for me to work on.

Seems like they treated everyone but packers well. Might be a good job in other departments but not as a packer.

Nepotism is extremely strong in this company if your not apart of a higher ups family your not going to go anywhere and there was a lot of relatives working together when I was there. Mandatory overtime working Saturdays. Management on the packing floor was a joke. Work load was based on favorites. Was always under staffed. Had to quit smoking to get the job, but when I started working there everyone smoked so it was extremely tough to stay away from smoking and if you got caught by anyone in the office you would get in trouble.
