Ribot is a great place to work with work/life balance at the heart of its ethos. It's a small, tightly-knit company with a friendly, supportive team. Antony is a great boss; encouraging, dynamic and a bundle of positive energy. It's a great environment for proactive personalities. If you're willing to take a big-picture view of how a commercial agency runs, to really understand how your contribution affects the success of the business, you'll do well.

Might not suit the more passive. As it's a small company everyone who joins has to be willing to step up and be accountable.

Founder Antony is hugely inspirational. Over the years the team have been fundamental in designing and building some excellent experiences for customers from grocery shopping to fashion retail, health and beyond. A friendly place to be with good work/life balance, lots of opportunity for innovation and a great location down in sunny Brighton.
