Cons
This company is opportunistic, which is not in itself a bad thing, however does not do anything unique to set itself apart and has a below average sense of integrity when it comes to living up to who they sell themselves as. They are the developer everyone rolls their eyes at. They claim to be paving the way in smart growth and building a greener Colorado, however their product is a less than attractive neighborhood addition that will doubtfully make it into the next century, like a quality home might. They've got some work to do on their own internal smart growth, best management practices and identity before attempting to take on more work than they can handle. Expect to be overworked, under appreciated and constantly stressed.
