- Mandatory 5-day work-from-office policy despite globally distributed teams - Weak people management; lack of structured manager training - Limited or ineffective channels for upward feedback - Perceived bias in how India teams are treated vs. global counterparts especially US ones. They treat Indian team as inferiors. - HR seen as management-aligned rather than employee-focused and will not listen to employee at all and will never work towards employee well-being. - Slow or unresponsive handling of employee concerns by HR team both in India and US ones also. - Lack of transparency in promotions and career growth - Minimal focus on employee development and only repeating AI, AI, AI.
