I am a full time employee of PPS and have been here for over 1 year. One of the first things I noticed was the growth potential PPS has. I truly believe in the saying "you get as much as you put in" here at PPS. Management is open to new ideas and try to be flexible with all employees. PPS works with big name companies like Samsung, Apple, Google. The people here are great to work with.

There may be multiple projects being worked that can be stressful.

I have been working at PPS for almost a decade. I started as an intern an evolved into senior management position. The thing I like the most at PPS is the ability to make a significant impact right from early stages of joining the Company. Very quickly I was given a lot of responsibility and in the past decade I was able to maximize my talent trough involvement and leadership in many aspects of the business from finance to sales and operations. There was room to grow from personal and professional perspective as well as from a title and position perspective. PPS works with the best companies in the world such as Apple and Microsoft and the technology is amazing and can be applied in to many applications. You get to be involved in developing products like SureTouch for breast cancer detection that make a real positive impact on the world. I also like the fact that work environment is flexible. People often work remotely and commute to work after rush hours. As long as you get your work done well, flexibility is provided without any issue. Lastly, working with very smart people is another exciting aspect. I collaborate with world leading scientists and engineers which is a lot of fun. Its never boring, the day is always dynamic and I look forward to the future.

The current business status results is a lot of development projects conducted at the same time. While its a great opportunity for team members to step up, resource management has always been challenging.
