      Pros

      Assisting one of the founders and CEO in her tasks and responsibilities has been an honor and really inspiring. I found myself confronted to many challenges in this position but I always felt supported, listened to and cared for. What a dedicacy and passion to be available for all the worldwide polette employees.

      In a toxic company environment, the management changes their ideas daily, there is no fixed timetable, and they constantly pressure employees, expecting everything to be completed without providing time or space. The company intends to develop multiple businesses but does not hire more staff, placing all the pressure on employees. The pay is extremely low and does not correspond to the workload. The management's words also show a lack of respect for the employees. Always with nonsense request and work requirement.
