A few good colleagues and friends.

There is no training at all depending on what position you work in. There's an internal power struggle like a game of thrones. Many of the early founders were arbitrarily dismissed. Employees are completely disposable even when they are doing excellent work and making a profit. Simply if those at the top think they can save a salary, you're fired. That's actually what happened. And because of that, they overworked so many people that over 30 resigned. No clear path for the company nor career path for its employees.
