      - Fair compensation - Tech team allows for growth and learning across frontend and backend development - Unlimited PTO - Small company size allows for easy interactions across job levels

      - Workload can be tasking depending on day and the client-asks

      Pros

      - Small team with great attitude - Smart and enthusiastic people, a group of self-starters - Flexible working environment, a few guys working remotely but they communicate very effectively - Knowledgeable engineers - Great product with lots of potential - High expectation from upper management (can be a bad thing to some people)

      Cons

      - No HR, some previous hirings have been proven to be bad - Technical debt from initial contractors haven't been paid off (soon though)
