Pros

Good Compensation: Competitive salary with bonus for goal achievement Good Work Culture: Supportive, collaborative environment, respect for each other, fun working with the team. Team Lunch and Breakfast: Regular team catchups outside of work Innovative ways to combine leaves to make it a long weekend: This is the first time I have seen that a company is clubbing working days into holidays with other holidays to make it an extended holiday/break for the team.

Cons

I am yet to encounter any downsides.

Pros

The biggest thing I gained from the company is the confidence. They made me realize that I was way more sharp and smart than I thought I was.

Cons

If I really care about the company, I would probably mention it at the right place. And I do care about parentune. And this won't be the nicest place to write that.

No pros. Very bad company culture. If you are a woman you shouldn't join, the team member might harass you and the founder will not take any action

Cons

Everything is bad, the salary comes late. When you leave the company doesn't provide FnF for months at end.
