Happy - Sales Manager optile Employee Review

If you wanna have fun all day, celebrate, party, drink and cook, you'll like this company. You always get drinks (mainly alcohol) and coffee for free (while salary is average.) Since you're always forced to stay in the evening and party or cook together, it's just naturally that you develop relationships with yur colleagues. You're single and looking for some fun? This is the right place to be. you will always get the most fancy desk and furniture. But please don't ask for reasonable stuff. Everything always has to look very good. If you don't think of actual responsibilities or goals and achievements and you just wanna earn some money for basically doing nothing - Apply for a job! Best opportunity for that is always one of optiles partys or other parties with the founder!

If you wanna work, reach goals, achieve something work related, you're wrong here. Very weird and chaotic management. You have a meeting? Haha forget about it. It will never happen. You have something important to discuss? Good luck. Employees doesn't mean anything and you'll figure that out first time it would be important to have a serious talk. Communication between employees might work but not from the upper section to the team. You won't get what you were promised? You don't even need to ask, cause you'll never get a proper answer. Just bla bla... If your meeting will ever happen. Men are more worth, they do the important jobs and of course they get more money. Not a question. Women are mainly there to do organizational jobs and look good. If you're a good looking woman the founder will definitely find you a job (don't expect too much), even it is only looking for new party opportunities. I don't think older people will have the opportunity to work there, since they (most likely) don't like to party a lot. Don't expect any understanding that you wanna leave work after your normal working hour or you wanna spend any time with your family and children in the evening. Since optile is one big family, you have to be there for every beer and all the events.

- Combination of different tasks, so no routine (insight from the non-tech departments) - Healthy working atmosphere with informal communication between colleagues - Friendly people, pretty united under the general goal - Nice office, in the central part of Munich - Good potential in the industry for the company, so valuable knowledge, as for me

So far haven't faced any worth mentioning.
