      Flexible in terms of work. Great location. Good benefits package. The people are generally friendly and cooperative. Lots of individual responsibilities.

      Direction of company is not certain. The business model does not seem sustainable. Lower end of the expected salary range.

      Ooma actually walks the talk on culture; leadership communicates openly and the collaborative vibe is real, always working on cool new things. Work-life balance has flexibility built in when life happens, which truly matters.

      Cons

      Remote = flexibility. Also remote = occasional existential loneliness. Trade-offs.
