      -Unlimited time off -Great benefits -Friendly co-worker -Great organization, management, HR, culture - Treat everyone equally And many more

      Cons

      Generally, I did not see any cons after 6-7 months. But I can say the salary rate is not high. Also, training new employee is not suitable sometimes.

      Pros

      Ooma actually walks the talk on culture; leadership communicates openly and the collaborative vibe is real, always working on cool new things. Work-life balance has flexibility built in when life happens, which truly matters.

      Cons

      Remote = flexibility. Also remote = occasional existential loneliness. Trade-offs.
