I have worked at One for more than 2 years. The lack of organization between departments and managers is the worst I have ever seen in any company. There is favoritism and many people do not do the work they should. The POD department is the messiest. The employees are overworked and poorly trained leading to many mistakes in patient care. Bosses are friends with employees and allow scandals and affairs to happen within the office. The turn around of employees here is very high because the employees that do work, leave quickly.
