Pros
continually challenged. People who work here will jump into real world situations and gain experience hands on. You will meet and work with a creative group of people ranging in skills. If you embrace the challenges of your work and the nature of being a part of a small business, you will walk out of this job better than when you came in. If you find a good path/fit within this company you can be rewarded with training, decent wages, being a part of building and defining products and services. Showing initiative and rising to the occasion has allowed people to move from opening positions to management within the company structure. It is a great place to cut your teeth and learn. Great benefits for a small company. onShore provided me with wonderful opportunities to grow professionally.
Cons
Having such a diverse collection of products and services as well as customers, the organization does suffer the pains of trying define process and creating a 'widget' product. Being so agile does come with the price and pain of periodic re-organization. Occasional (bad) choices by management and team members can make it stressful across the company. A lot of techs in the kitchen can create tension. Wages are not the highest in the industry.
