Pros
The business is genuinely aligned to doing good for people and the planet. It was one of the reasons I joined ofi and its what keeps me inspired and motivated. Since joining the business I've worked with many teams based in different markets and have found the people to be welcoming, supportive and dedicated. From nearly 20 years of professional experience, I can honestly say that the culture at ofi is progressive (and it's not something that senior leaders just pay lip service to) - there's still more to do - but I've been encouraged to see the business listen and change - not something that you come across often. It's a business that values its people and I see it reciprocated in the way in which those I work with turn up everyday. I've found that in the vast majority of cases people know what they do is having a positive impact, that the business treats them well and they therefore have a positive outlook - with a steely determination to get things done!
Cons
The dress code is more on the formal side and personally I'd like to see it relaxed so that business attire isn't the default option.
