Senior leaders are smart, knowledgeable of the not for profit sector & provide lots of professional development opportunities. Get to work with inspiring charity clients and colleagues are cool.
Cons
Processes are clunky and ntegrity is experiencing some growing pains. Unpaid overtime is expected by management and salarys aren't as competitive as similar agency's. Culture is 'like a family'.
I was attracted to the cause-driven nature of the agency. The team is smart and hard-working. Clients are overall good, clear respect between ntegrity and their clients. Capacity and expectations are managed quite well for a boutique (20-ish people) agency.
Cons
Working with NFPs often means smaller budgets and less risk tolerance.
