The best company I've worked for - Digital Project Coordinator noticed Employee Review

I truly can't say enough about how amazing this company has been. I joined the team in October 2022 and I'm still just as happy (if not happier) with my role. Noticed fosters community and gives us a strong sense of partnership even being a fully remote team. I have never felt more connected to coworkers even working in-person jobs. The benefits, including PTO, are incredible and always being reevaluated to make sure we are happy. As a WFH parent, I feel truly supported to be a mom and a member of the team. They understand my individual needs and have always made me and my toddler feel comfortable. I honestly can't say enough good things about this company. The people are the best and most caring people you'll ever meet. The company encourages feedback and is always striving for growth. It's honestly the best company I've ever worked for. I'm grateful literally every single day for noticed and my position within it. Our CEO Adam had a vision for noticed and he's brought in the right people to carry that dream out. He's such an inspiration of someone going after their dreams and putting aside their ego to rise to the top. He doesn't take compliments well which is just another testament. He truly values the humans (we aren't referred to as "employees") that work for noticed and realizes that the team is part of what makes this company so great.
