Pros
It has a really young and friendly environment, there is always a lot of challenging task to get involved, leaders encourages people to participate and make decisions, everybody's opinion is taken into account, which is something I really like about nocnoc. New features are brought in every sprint based on business decisions, which usually comes from thoroughly analysis on company numbers and market projections, which makes you involved not only on developing the feature itself but also understanding the business and the industry, I find that awesome if you like the industry of e-commerce and you really want to get involved.
Cons
I currently don't have any disadvantage to mention punctually, most of the things that were not optimal changed, and there is a lot of improvement and thought behind those changes, is a truly agile company with a lot of things to improve, but the nice thing about that is to experience those changes, you grow with the company.
