Pros

Strong opportunity for growth and exposure to multiple areas of the revenue cycle. Leadership actively works to improve processes, develop tools to ensure our teams have what they need to be successful for our clients. Team members who are self-motivated and adaptable can build a strong skill set quickly. Nimble also has a collaborative environment in many areas, and there are people throughout the organization who genuinely care about doing the right thing for clients and patients.

Cons

At the end of the day, it is still a fast-paced work environment with deadlines and expectations, which may not be for everyone. Like any workplace, there are busy periods and occasional stress, but nothing outside of what should reasonably be expected in the industry.

Pros

I'm what they call a "boomerang". I left the company awhile back and ended up coming back because of the amazing manager I worked with during the first round of my employment, Tim Fuchs. I gained alot of clarity on what I want and what I don't want in an employer, the first go around with nimble. That said, I am constantly evaluating whether my company is doing right by its employees and clients. Being in client development, it is extremely important that our clients are given the respect and attention they deserve. Since returning to nimble, I have seen a completely different company from the one I left for various reasons. Under new leadership for the past few years, I see a larger focus on employee engagement as well as a focus on employee/client retention. The restructuring was definitely a win for the company. I feel that my ideas are now listened to, my talent is recognized and supported, and my peers and management team respect my opinion and experience. Overall I feel very blessed that Tim reached back out to me and that I gave the company another chance.

Cons

I don't think I'll ever stop saying that I want to move up faster. That's more of a "me" thing rather than a "company" thing! :)
