The team need labors as lots of projects without any time. And as in engineers keep leaving, you must hop from project to project, no matter of your years of exp, you have to do the same work as fresher too. You will be compared from the engineer who got burnt out of the work and left the company. Most of the senior engineer leaves in a year or so. Promotion will be based on your hard work and time given> 10 hours A 3-4 year exp will also be a staff engineer/tech lead and 9+ will also be at the same level. - No perks at all - No work life balance - Not an employee friendly company (always think to save money first) - You have to be indispensable, or you wont get promotion and appraisal - Will be given 13 inch mac with 8gb ram only and you must survive.
