Those who move up and are valued are yes MEN to the owners. Management does not believe in questioning processes or working on measures to improve the profitability of the business. They waste money left and right. The customer is not right unless it agrees with their way of doing business. Diversity is not in their mix. They are a management company of middle age white southern gentlemen.
