      Pros

      La présentation du projet est assez sexy. En arrivant on a l’impression que l’on va participer à quelque chose de bien. La liberté laissée dans le travail.

      Cons

      Après quelques mois, le projet ressemble plus un coquille vide, de jolis mots mais pas grand chose de concret derrière. Peu de clients. Pas de direction claire. Un management inexistant. Au quotidien beaucoup d’égos et de rivalités.

      Pros

      NamR is an amazing place to work. The HR team made an amazing work with the onboarding process. The Tech team is supportive and patient. They actually work as a team rescuing each other in times of crisis so the projects are successfully finished. The employees reprensentatives has done a amazing progress in the quest of gender equality

      - Small but cohesive and driven team. - Projects with an impact. - Interesting and kind people, easy to talk to everyone. - Many events to maintain curiosity and knowledge about the data science/data analysis field.

      Cons

      - Too many meetings. - Daily meetings in the late morning that interrupt sometimes the workflow.
