Secure job in a stable industry, good benefits, global company, the amount of turnover seems to finally be decreasing, modest and well-kept offices, entrepreneurial spirit

low salaries, only 5 days of vacation for the first 3 years in the US office (as compared to several weeks for other global offices results in friction), everyone works in silos with a lack of communication, IT-driven company but IT is so busy it is hard to get responses
