Pros

nVent is a company that truly understands the balance between business success and employee success. From the moment you step in, it's clear that growth isn’t just measured in revenue or market share—it’s reflected in how the people are treated, supported, and empowered. Leadership consistently demonstrates a genuine commitment to fostering a positive work environment. At the same time, the company maintains a sharp focus on innovation and market leadership.

Cons

There is nothing to mention. nVent should be an example for many others.

Pros

I had a great onboarding experience - my manager was very prepared with a clear and useful onboarding plan. The people have been very welcoming and the company culture is great.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly, which presents natural challenges - but the overall experience has been very positive.

Pros

Great people to work with, management included. Variety of products to work on.

Cons

In office requirement of 4 days per week is not ideal for a single dad. My work could easily be done from home, but if this is the largest con, that's not too bad.
