      Pros

      I really enjoyed working at nVent. The people and culture at nVent are so amazing that you won't feel out of place. The collaborative spirit and support from colleagues made every day enjoyable. Whether it was brainstorming new ideas in team meetings or sharing a laugh during lunch breaks, the workplace felt like a second home.

      Cons

      I was there for a short period, so I didn't find anything.

      Pros

      I had a great onboarding experience - my manager was very prepared with a clear and useful onboarding plan. The people have been very welcoming and the company culture is great.

      Cons

      The company is growing rapidly, which presents natural challenges - but the overall experience has been very positive.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, management included. Variety of products to work on.

      Cons

      In office requirement of 4 days per week is not ideal for a single dad. My work could easily be done from home, but if this is the largest con, that's not too bad.
