      Pros

      -Very exciting company that is doing innovative things in the electrical manufacturing space -For our size we have more diversity in products than many of our top competitors and great market position. - Amazing leadership team and also general population. - I have had great career growth since being at nVent. - Strong focus on diversity and inclusion - I appropriate the customer 1st culture

      Cons

      Because we are recent spin-off of our parent company Pentair it feels much like a startup company in some ways. Must be OK with lots of change as we are still building our foundations. Anyone coming into nVent needs to understand that things are more " gray " vs black and white and it will take a bit more time to develop.

      Pros

      I had a great onboarding experience - my manager was very prepared with a clear and useful onboarding plan. The people have been very welcoming and the company culture is great.

      Cons

      The company is growing rapidly, which presents natural challenges - but the overall experience has been very positive.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, management included. Variety of products to work on.

      Cons

      In office requirement of 4 days per week is not ideal for a single dad. My work could easily be done from home, but if this is the largest con, that's not too bad.
