      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities to make a real impact. Opportunities to move up the company.

      Cons

      Large company that is easy to get lost in the mix. Pay increases are basically uniform across the board regardless of review scores. Wish that work above the GD would be recognized.

      Pros

      I had a great onboarding experience - my manager was very prepared with a clear and useful onboarding plan. The people have been very welcoming and the company culture is great.

      Cons

      The company is growing rapidly, which presents natural challenges - but the overall experience has been very positive.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, management included. Variety of products to work on.

      Cons

      In office requirement of 4 days per week is not ideal for a single dad. My work could easily be done from home, but if this is the largest con, that's not too bad.
