      Lots to learn and never a dull moment

      Cons

      Not pro-active on their processes, too many barriers in the way of getting tasks done, work not recognize.

      Pros

      I had a great onboarding experience - my manager was very prepared with a clear and useful onboarding plan. The people have been very welcoming and the company culture is great.

      Cons

      The company is growing rapidly, which presents natural challenges - but the overall experience has been very positive.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, management included. Variety of products to work on.

      Cons

      In office requirement of 4 days per week is not ideal for a single dad. My work could easily be done from home, but if this is the largest con, that's not too bad.
